Dublin-based UX Research & Designer Nutritionist by degree, Strategist by heart

My journey began in the world of Nutrition, where I developed a deep passion for research and evidence-based science. While working full-time in the supplement industry, I found myself at the intersection of health and digital content, creating content for websites and consulting with clients. It was there that I began to question the interfaces we were using: Why were diet systems so complex? How could we make clinical data more human and the dieting process more user-friendly?
When I moved to Dublin, I pivoted my career towards UX. For the past two years, I have balanced a Content Review role with freelance end-to-end UX and Content Design projects. This unique combination of scientific background and digital proficiency allows me to approach design with a singular perspective: one that values data integrity as much as user empathy.
